Founder & Managing Partner
Lena Dalbey founded LINK in 2019 to bring a unique and differentiated investment & merchant banking firm to the Arizona marketplace. With more than 25 years of investment banking experience, Lena’s expertise was honed at leading global investment banking firms in San Francisco and New York. Lena has served exceptional companies in her native state of Arizona since 2007.
Prior to forming LINK, Lena was a Managing Partner at JDB Capital Partners (“JDB”). During her decade of commitment to JDB, Lena grew the firm from a start-up into one of the most well known and respected investment banking firms in the region. Her focus was senior relationships and extraordinary transaction outcomes for a wide range of middle market clients and companies.
Prior to JDB, Lena was an executive director within the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. As a member of the Financial Sponsor Group, she focused on originating and executing leveraged buyouts for some of the country’s largest and most reputable private equity firms. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Lena was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Montgomery Securities, also in San Francisco. Lena began her investment banking career as an Associate and Vice President with Salomon Brothers Inc in New York, NY.

Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Lena is also the principal owner of LINK Securities LLC and holds the Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.
TAYLOR McGilvray
Managing Director
Taylor McGilvray joined LINK in 2023 with the goal of applying over 12 years of investment banking experience in the support and realization of clients’ strategic objectives. With much of his career dedicated to maximizing value for clients in the successful exit of their business, Taylor’s engagement experience also includes buy-side M&A, capital raise, and other transformative events. Previous professional roles include senior positions at KPMG Corporate Finance and CP Capital, among other firms. Just prior to joining the LINK team, Taylor co-founded Ardent Advisory Group, a boutique mergers & acquisitions advisory firm.
Managing all aspects of engagement execution, Taylor enjoys working alongside clients as well as acquirers, capital providers, legal teams, and other parties to achieve success. His engagement experience spans a number of middle market sectors including aerospace and defense, car wash, consumer products, construction, education, marketing and advertising, transportation, and general industrial, among others.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Management) from Arizona State University, magna cum laude, and an MBA in Finance with honors from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses. In addition to optimal outcomes for clients, Taylor avidly pursues international travel, hiking, piloting, and finding meaningful ways to contribute to the community.
